49 Grove



49 Grove is a swanky addition to the West Village scene, the unparalleled choice for your special night out. The lounge is segmented into four distinct rooms (2 main rooms and 2 ultra VIP) with mahogany woods, lavish fabrics, and a state-of-the-art audio/visual system make 49 Grove an ideal destination for corporate events, cocktail receptions, birthday celebrations, after-parties or just a night out on the town with friends. The ambiance ranges from the 20 something hipster to the 40 plus Wall Street executive. 49 Grove plays a wide range of free format music from top 40, hip hop, house, dance, 80s and even rock and prides them self on being something for everyone.

Above Allen



Above Allen is an exclusive terrace lounge in the Lower East Side's Thompson Hotel. The retractable glass roof provides sweeping views of the city skyline. Guests can imbibe fresh, specialty cocktails and nibble from a selection of delicious small plates from SHANG’s global Chinese menu.

Axe Lounge



The once-legendary Jet East space has gone yacht-club chic with blue and white striped walls, ropes and fishing lures. Here, it's bottle service on deck, but slip away to the bar to sample signature drink "The Bonsai".

Noah and Jason of Marquee fame keep the dance floor packed with US Weekly notables, and an adjoining side room offers a quieter alternative to find a catch. This summer, Club Dune is rebranded as the AXE Lounge.

Empire Hotel Rooftop



Opened year round and located on the 12th floor of the Empire Hotel, the Empire Hotel Rooftop offers magnificent views of Lincoln Center and the bustling city below.

The 8,000 square foot bar and lounge boasts a selection of signature cocktails, savory small plates and entertainment all week long from weekend dance parties helmed by celebrity DJs to live jazz on Mondays.

Goldbar



This lounge from the owners of Cain and a former GM at Lotus is indeed forged from purest gold: gold skulls embedded in the walls, gold chains separating the rooms (bar with captain's chairs up front, banquettes in back, capacity around 150), gold ceilings, and golden "love bracelets" for drinks tables, engraved with Latin sayings. A series of mock oil paintings on the walls depict GoldBar investors, contractors, and the photographer's accountant. The bathroom areas and the D.J. booth are decorated with murals by a graffiti artist named Vinnie. The running theme of the cocktails is honeyÑit's goldÑand it works remarkably well. For gents, we recommend the muscular yet eminently quaffable Gold Rush (bourbon, honey, and lemon); for ladies, the smooth and sweet Bee's Kiss (aged rum, honey, and cream). Is it worth repeat visits? Partying down inside a melted Krugerrand on a regular basis might be a bit much for anyone other than Donatella Versace.

Greenhouse



Greenhouse is the first eco-friendly nightlife destination. A bi-level 6,000 square foot nightclub, lounge, and event space built from recycled or recyclable materials, Greenhouse went the extra mile to receive L.E.E.D. registration, which is awarded by the United States Green Buildings Council for environmentally conscious construction and design.

Griffin



Griffin is an upscale cocktail lounge inspired by the Gilded Age of the late 19th century. We aim to recapture the splendors of a sophisticated night out by providing guests with impeccable service in an opulent setting. Griffin plays host to a worldly mix of celebrities, artists, designers, and well-heeled patrons looking for a hip crowd and the best cocktails in the city.

Hotel Chantelle



Hotel Chantelle is one of the New York City’s newest and hottest clubs. Its lounge is decorated in rich decor that evokes 1940s Paris, its rooftop is phenomenal with sweeping views of the city and a jungle-like atmosphere, and of course don't miss the unbeatable underground dancefloor. On the corner of a historical neighborhood in downtown New York City, Hotel Chantelle stands where turn of the century immigrants from the Old World first settled in America.

Kiss & Fly



Kiss & Fly kicks off the night as a lounge, beginning with soft jazz music, and slowly transitions into a nightclub complete with both intelligent lighting and high energy house music as the night progresses.

Kiss & Fly's ability to customize the music and the lighting as the night progresses allows both versatility and the ability to morph the identity felt within the club.

La Pomme



Flatiron district nightclub and lounge Ultra closed its doors and reopened as La Pomme, a venue with a bit of a mischievious edge. The new space features an all new layout, with the bar in a better location and the DJ booth now located on the main floor. Currently La Pomme is only open on Friday and Saturday nights, but keep an eye out for a new Thursday night party.

Ludlow Manor



Ludlow Manor, the Lower East Side's newest club, is the most exciting thing to happen to the neighborhood -- and the City -- in a long time. Boasting three gigantic stories (its over 12,000 square feet, in all) Ludlow Manor's luxe decor is at once classic New York and brand new. With palm trees, chandeliers, a roof-top pool, and the occasional mermaid, there truly is nothing like it in the world.

Marquee



The quintessential ultralounge, Marquee possesses the appeal of both an intimate boite and a high-energy nightspot. Evoking the sophisticated yet rakish appeal of a classic gentlemen's club, the clubs striking architectural design, luxe decor, and seamless functionality combine to produce the ultimate stage for high-end entertaining.

RDV



RDV is short for "rendezvous." The style is a hip, chic mix of classic Victorian and modern art. I'm sure partner and designer David Graziano will kill it; Pink Elephant and Kiss n Fly are perfect. The new space will have a separate entrance from both Bagatelle and Kiss & Fly. There's a team of powerhouse players involved as well: Randy Scott, Aymeric Clemente, and Remi Laba bring more to the table than just tables. This is a sharp, mature crew with a great crowd. It looks like a home run -- yet another small lounge with the big players.

South Pointe



It's just what you've been waiting for. South Pointe packed up and brought its sizzling summer operation to Southampton. David Graziano, Corey Lane and Patrick Cabido, all renowned nightlife directors, opened South Pointe Memorial Day weekend, and plan to summer in the former Tavern location at 125 Tuckahoe Lane. And it's proving to be one of the most exclusive clubs to get into.

Tenjune



TENJUNE is a space that houses three different areas with three different vibes, satiating all nightlife desires. As you descend the main stairway of Tenjune, you enter the middle section with its soft velvet seating and wood flooring. Behind the bar at Tenjune, a marble wall twinkles with points of light. Overhead, wooden waves undulate across the ceiling with soft light spilling out between the ripples that continue into the dance room.

The main dance area in Tenjune is a horseshoe-shaped space surrounded by a raised platform with velvety copper-colored seating and upholstered ledges acting as taller perches. There is a dance floor in the center of the room with a DJ booth strategically placed to keep the energy flowing.

Situated next to the dance room and tucked behind a grand arch is the semi-private room saturated in rich dark purple hues. This area combines luxury and intimacy for a perfect balance of unmitigated ambiance.

The Bunker Club



Bunker Club is an exclusive and intimate lounge and dance club in New York's hottest neighborhood: The Meatpacking Distric. Come and enjoy some of the best cocktails the city has to offer, mingling with the well-heeled and celebritiy guests.

Veranda
